The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorbption) is an innovative system for nitrogen production that exploits the different release times of oxygen and nitrogen by a bed of activated carbon molecular sieves .

The apparatus consists of two vessels of cylinders containing the carbons that work alternately ensuring continuous nitrogen production .
Our generators have been perfected to obtain the best performance through means of precise fluodynamic design and managing software.
The air necessary for pressurizing the vessels is supplied by a screw compressor, dried and purified.
Operation is completely automated by use of a PLC.
The concentration of nitrogen produced may be varied to suit needs.
The PSA SW models can reach extremely high concentrations of purity (99.999%) with very low energy consumption costs.
